Fall Semester Key Dates
- Classes Begin — August 31
- Application Documents Due — August 1
- FAFSA Deadline — August 9 (School Code: 001700)
- Class Registration — Week of August 17
- New Student Orientation — August 27
- Clinical Orientation — September 5
All applicants must be at least 18 years old at the time of enrollment and must have a high school diploma or GED equivalence.
Background Check
Basic Admission Requirements
- LPN License: Active LPN license in good standing
- Academic Transcript: Submit all official transcripts from all the colleges you attended.
- GPA Requirement: 2.0 or higher
- COVID-19 Vaccine: Submit a copy of your COVID-19 vaccine card and the latest booster shot.
- Background Check and Drug Test: Complete the background check and drug test through Complio.
- Faculty Interview: Complete the faculty interview.
